What it does

The NIST Profile Analysis and Comparison Tool (P-ACT) is a web-based tool designed to allow users to compare HL7 v2 message profile specifications and generate navigational and summary reports of the differences. It can be used to create differential reports between national and local profiles.

Profiles come from IGAMT-2's "XML for P-ACT" export, so a national implementation guide can be compared with the local guides derived from it.
