What it does

The tool facilitates testing of the National Healthcare Survey (NHCS) CDA XML documents conformant to HL7 Implementation guides and is used for ONC certification.

Versions 3.0 and 3.1 run in the General Validation Tool, under the NHCS CDA Release 3 and 3.1 tool scopes, rather than alongside the 1.x validators.
